Warrior (part 2)

Tony (Chaos) had volunteered for us to do a demonstration piece for the River Festival, and had the boards and a quantity of paint supplied. We wanted to demonstrate our strengths in style and came up with some new character and letter designs.
I'd wanted to do a part 2 to a piece that I'd done in 1989 called 'Warrior' which was a bit of a ground breaking piece for me. I've been developing some more up to date lettering and wanted to showcase our talents to a wide audience that would be at the festival.
Tony had designed a great character that fit well above the lettering, and we spent a majority of the day spray this one up (about 6 hours). It was baking hot and we got a bit burnt in the process.

This is the end product of several weeks workshops in New Ash Green.
The young people wanted a memorial to a friend of theirs that had recently died, as well a bright piece to liven up the wall.
